Mechanical assembly systems for profiles – Evolution
Quick and easy installation when assembling aluminum frames from 50×30 tubular sections or 80×40 and 50×40 clip-on sections. The junction between pieces and profiles is made by sliding the two half-angle brackets one on top of the other. This patented system stops the insert in front of the half-angled bracket to make assembly easier. The new, patented design of the half-angled bracket allows the profile to be inserted easily and effortlessly. Once the mount and sleeper have been assembled, the assembly is very strong and invisible. Aluminium tubes are easy to prepare (straight cuts/drilling), saving you time when assembling both standard and tailor-made aluminium frames. A wide range of accessories has been developed to ensure neat, Aesthetic design work.
Mechanical assembly systems for profiles
Simple, easy to disassemble, rigid and aesthetically designed, these different assembly parts enable aluminum frames to be made to measure from 50×30 tubular profiles or 80×40 and 50×40 clip-on profiles. Connections between parts and profiles are made by tightening the locking plate. This product is the first angle bracket for assembling aluminum profiles to form a gate frame. This patented product is composed of an insert which slides into the mount and a 1/2 bracket which is positioned in the sleeper and cooperates together during assembly (patented). A clamping plate locks the 2 products together after tightening. Simple machining and the full range of accessories available for this product line allow you to carry out this neat, Aesthetic design work, while guaranteeing the rigidity required for the gate frame.
Sleeves
These parts are screwed or press-fitted to the lower part of the 2-leaf gate mounts, to prevent the covering sections from hitting the ground stop.
