Fairing hinge plates
This adjustable opening system allows standard openings for all gate types.
The pivot is protected by a composite sleeve to limit corrosion and improve anti-friction during rotation.
Highly rigid, the different models are available with Ø12, lg 25 and 35 mm axles.
Zinc-coated + powder-coated steel base and composite or aluminum fairing.
The position of the pivot can be adjusted from 40 to 80 mm, making it possible to meet EN12604 standards in a large number of cases (25 mm between gate post and pillar).
Two assembly options (except for hinge with 36 mm high fairing): visible screws (inverted L) or hidden screws.
Fairing hinge plates for heavy-duty gates
This opening system is designed for solid and massive gates.
It is composed of a hinge and a cover which, when combined with the profile, allows a masking between the frame and the pillar.

The PLATIMIUM hinge is composed of 4 elements: a hinge, a cover, a masking profile set , and a fastening set to assemble the masking profile on the hinge.

This adjustable opening system is available in chemical seal or M12 screw-in versions. It s particularly well-suited to the aluminum profile below, but can also be used with other types of profile.
Multifix hinges
This stainless steel, adjustable opening system allows standard openings for all types of gates. Highly rigid, the various models are available with Ø12 and Ø14 axes in lengths of 25, 35 or 43 mm. Different pivot adjustment lengths are available (35 to 60 mm, 35 to 70 mm, 45 to 80 mm), allowing us to meet the NF EN12604 standard (25 mm between gate post and pillar) in a large number of applications. Three types of fastening are available: by screw (Multifix L, Multifix T, Multifix 3 base).

This adjustable, stainless steel, chemically sealed opening system provides standard openings for all types of gate. Highly rigid, the different models are available with Ø12 and Ø14 pins in lengths of 25, 35 or 43 mm. Different lengths of pivot adjustment are available (35 to 60 mm, 35 to 70 mm, 45 to 80 mm), making it possible to meet the NF EN12604 standard (25mm between gate post and pillar) in a large majority of installations.
